The service is operated by or on behalf of MINI STAR PTE. LTD. Users who do not agree with this policy should not use the service. If you choose not to provide certain requested personal data, some parts of the service or certain features may not be available.

2. Children's Privacy and Parental Controls

Boltype operates in two main modes:

• Polishing Mode: The system analyzes spoken input, removes filler words where appropriate, adjusts wording and structure, and outputs refined written text suitable for your scenario.
• Command Mode: The system interprets your spoken instruction and generates text directly — for example, translating selected content into English or drafting a leave-request message based on a spoken command.

4. Data Processed When You Use Boltype

The following categories of data may be processed:

• Login and sign-up information
• Account information and email address
• Billing and payment details
• Customer-support communications
• Promotion-related contact details
• Analytics data
• SDK-related identifiers or tokens

These data types are used for account creation and authentication, providing the service, account management, platform security, purchase processing, product-change communications, customer support, product improvement, and analytics. Personal data is not used for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

5. Information Sharing and Public Areas

Information may be shared with service providers that help deliver the product or store and process data on our behalf, but only for the specific purposes described in this policy.
